Former players update: 26/08/2013

Transfer movement:
Two this week. Firstly Liam Reddy confirmed his move from Sydney United in the NSWPL to A-League Champions Central Coast Mariners on a 1 year deal. In addition to that Kofi Danning has re-joined Brisbane Roar to continue his rehab. He is a non playing member of the squad while he rehabs, at which time his situation will be re-evaluated.

Spase Dilevski (Uncontracted since his Melbourne Victory contract expired in May 2013)
Tae Yong-Shin (Uncontracted since his coaching contract with Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma was terminated in November 2012)

Utrecht picked up their first win of the new season with a 2-0 win over AZ Alkmaar. The only one of the former Roar trio was Oar, who had a hand in both of the goals. They’ll travel to Stef Nijland’s PEC Zwolle next week. Tommy played the full 90 minutes.

4 wins from 4 now for Zwolle. Nijland came on after 74’minutes. They host Utrecht next week.

Germany:
Robbie Kruse (Bayer Leverkusen)

2nd in German Bundesliga (After 3 Rounds)
Robbie finally made his competitive debut for Bayer this weekend, however it was only as an 88th minute time wasting substitute. They travel to Schalke 04 next week.

Ben Halloran (Fortuna Düsseldorf)
Fortuna Dussledorf 1-0 Bochum
10th in 2.Bundesliga- (After 5 Rounds)
Ben wasn’t involved in the squad again this week, and is still yet to make his competitive debut for Fortuna. They’ll travel to Armenia Bielefeld next weekend.

Switzerland:
Dario Vidosic (FC Sion)

Dario’s reported new team sit 9th in the 10 team Swiss Super League after 6 games on just 3points. They most recently had a 0-0 home draw with Thun, and will travel to Aarau on the weekend.

Croatia:
Steven Lustica (Hajduk Split)

4th in HNL (After 6 Rounds)
Steven was an unused sub. They travel to Lokomotiva on Thursday, before also travelling to Osijek on Sunday.

Cyprus:
Issey Nakajima-Farran (Alki Larnaca)

The Cypriot League kicks off this weekend as Alki host Aris.

Dong didn’t play in either game- they host Tokyo Verdy next week.

Erik started, but was substituted after 76 minutes. They’ll host Guangzhou Evergrande next week.

Not sure if he played or not. They’ll travel to Chunnam Dragons next.

India:
James Meyer (Pune FC)

No games until October 5.

Thailand:

Suphanburi 0-0 Ratchaburi
4th in Thai Premier League (After 24 Rounds)
Rocky came on in the 50th minute against Chonburi and was an unused sub vs. Ratchaburi.

Indonesia:
Sergio van Djik (Persib)

3rd in Indonesian Super League (After 31 matches)
Sergio started, and played the full 90 mins, scoring in 71st minute from the penalty spot.

North America:

2nd in Costa Rican Primera (After 4 games)
No idea if JCS played against his former team or not.
