Former players wrap: 02/10/13

Transfer news:
Just one this week- former striker Anthony Proia has linked up with Melbourne Victory on a youth contract for the 2013-14 season. The move sees him reunited with Ange Postecoglou who brought him to Brisbane. The young striker was a regular scorer at NYL level, however failed to make his 1st team debut.

Germany:
Robbie Kruse (Bayer Leverkusen)

Robbie started the cup tie against Bielefeld, before being substituted after 74 minutes. In the league game against Hannover Robbie was a 83rd minute substitute. They play Real Sociedad in the Champions League tomorrow morning, before backing up against Bayern Munich of Sunday. In the quarter-finals of the DFB Pokal Cup Leverkusen will travel to Freiburg in early December.
