Former players wrap: 09/12/14

Just the two quick notes this week as most of the Asian Leagues have concluded for the season, while the European leagues wind down for their winter break. At the break in the Russian Premier League, Torpedo Moscow sit 12th on the table. Ivan Franjic has made just a handful of appearances to date thanks to the injury he sustained in the World Cup, and a managerial change.

On a more positive note, Ben Halloran found the net at the weekend in Fortuna Dusseldorf’s 3-1 loss to Sandhausen. The German club, who launched Robbie Kruse’ European career currently sit sixth in the 2.0 Bundesliga. Here’s the goal.

Nice- I’ve had trouble finding information on the Bahraini league so I haven’t been able to include him. Same problem with Reinaldo in the Brazilian league sadly.

Thanks for that. Where did you find that info from?
