Brisbane drawn in Group G of 2015 AFC Champions LeaguePosted: December 11, 2014
Brisbane Roar have been placed into Group G for their second AFC Champions League campaign next year, although as things stand there are still two teams to be confirmed within the Group. As things stand currently Brisbane will be joined by 2014 Korean FA Cup winner Suwon Samsung Bluewings, while Japan 2 and the Playoff Qualifier 4 will be confirmed in future weeks. Here’s the full East Asian Group Stage draw:
The final place in Brisbane’s group will be determined by the Asian Champions League playoffs, with four side vying for the final spot in Group G. The four sides are: Johor Darul Ta’zim (Malaysia), Bengaluru (India), Bangkok Glass (Thailand) and Beijing Guo’an (China). Darul and Bengaluru will meet in round 1 of qualifying, with the winner moving on to face Guangzhou R&F. In the final round of qualifying the winner of all that will face off with Beijing Guo’an for a spot in Group G.

Round 1: (Feb 4) Johor Darul Ta’zim vs. Bengaluru
Round 2: (Feb10) Bangkok Glass vs. Winner of Round 1 Round
Round 3: (Feb 17) Beijing Guo’an vs. Winner of Round 2
